How do I contact a creator about an item or order?
If you have a question before placing an order, please use the ‘contact us’ page or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will forward it on to the creator.
If you are ready to place your order but want to check something, give the creator special instructions, or add personalisation to an item, please use the ‘special instructions’ facility before completing your order. If you forget to add any details at the time of placing your order, please use the ‘contact us’ page or email email@example.com and we will ensure the creator gets the message.
If you have a question regarding an order that has already been placed, please use the ‘contact us’ page or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will forward it on to the creator.
Can I buy more than one thing at once?
Yes, add as many items as you wish to your basket. Once items are in your basket you can update quantities or remove them (by reducing the quantity to zero) if no longer required.
You can also buy from more than one creator at once, however please be aware that this will result in your items arriving in different packages, as they are sent directly from the creator themselves.
If you would like to order multiple products with different delivery addresses, please purchase these as separate orders. Delivery is free to UK mainland, so you won't be charged extra for different orders.
How much does postage cost?
How do I cancel my order, return an item or ask for a refund?
When you buy through HOOKED UP celebrations the sales contract is between each individual ‘creator’ and ‘you’, the buyer. HOOKED UP celebrations provides a service to facilitate that contract but is not responsible for it or its fulfilment.
Unless damaged or faulty upon arrival, personalised items cannot be refunded.
In the rare event of an order not being delivered, or it arriving damaged, please use the ‘contact us’ page or email email@example.com and we will talk to the creator to try and rectify any issues. Where applicable, we will request a refund, or exchange, for you from the creator.
What if there is a product dispute?
HOOKED UP celebrations work very closely with our creators to ensure the products received meet the required standard and the expectations of the customers. On the rare occasion there is a dispute between a creator and a customer, which cannot be resolved between them, HOOKED UP celebrations may intervene.
Many of the items found on HOOKED UP celebrations are handmade and may differ very slightly to pictures on the website, this must be expected with unique, bespoke handmade crafts.
Please note that all products sold on HOOKED UP celebrations are not toys. Please keep them out of reach of children and pets.
How do I buy something on HOOKED UP celebrations?
To buy something, select 'Add to Basket' on the item page and it will be added to your shopping basket, which is displayed at the top of each page.
Please note that adding an item to your basket does not remove it from sale, so if you leave it in your basket for too long without checking out there’s a chance that someone else could snap it up.
If the item has some personalised aspects to it, please ensure you add all details to the ‘special instructions’ facility on the item page. Please ensure all spellings are correct as creators cannot be held responsible if you have provided incorrect information. However if you realise, once you’ve hit the order button that something is wrong, please use the ‘contact us’ page or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to change the details before your order has been made by the creator.
Can I buy something from more than one creator?
Yes, you can add items to your basket from several different creators, and check out in one go!
How do I pay for an item?
At checkout you will pay with Stripe. All payments will be secure.
If you have any problems when trying to pay, please use the ‘contact us’ page or email email@example.com and we will assist you.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times are advised by individual creators and are found on each of the listings. This is the period within which the seller will post your item. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the method of posting, carrier, etc. If you would like to ask the creator a question regarding the delivery of a specific item, please do so using the special instructions facility when you order. If you require an item sooner than the delivery time stated, contact us and we will contact the creator to see if anything can be done to deliver any earlier.
If you haven’t received your item a few days after it is due, please use the ‘contact us’ page or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will talk to the creator to check the status of your order.
